CEN-CENELEC StandarDays on 17-18 May 2011
StandarDays will take place on 17 and 18 May 2011 at the CEN-CENELEC Meeting Centre, Avenue Marnix 17, B-1000 Brussels. The info days entail an introductory plenary conference, which explains the different aspects and tasks of CEN and CENELEC (17 May), followed by interactive in-depth workshops (18 May). StandarDays aim at giving participants the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the overall European Standardization System and give a chance to obtain further clarification and explanations from CEN and CENELEC experts.

The Construction Products Regulation
CEPMC welcomes the new Construction Products Regulation adopted 9th March 2011 and
published in the Official Journal on 4th April and thanks the European Parliament, Council and the
European Commission on all the hard work to get to this result. The new regulation meets many of
the expectations of construction product manufacturers.
